Created a more intuitive layout so users know exactly where to go and what to do
2. Community & Engagement System
We enhanced the community experience to feel more like a real app:
Built a structured channel system (general, feedback, partners, etc.)
Set a proper default channel (Member Lounge instead of worldwide confusion)
Improved thread and messaging functionality
Cleaned up UI to match a modern, Slack-style experience
3. Feature Fixes & Functional Development
We went into the backend and handled what most people avoid:
Fixed referral system routing and tracking
Repaired broken forms and submission flows
Restored event functionality and corrected missing components
Improved messaging system so replies and interactions actually display correctly
Cleaned up database inconsistencies and controller logic
4. Mobile Experience Optimization
Because if it doesn’t work on mobile, it doesn’t work:
Fixed form cutoffs so users can complete actions
Restored mobile navigation access
Improved layout spacing and responsiveness
Added visible icons and UI elements for clarity
5. UI/UX Upgrade (App-Level Feel)
We removed the “clunky dashboard” feel and moved toward a clean app experience:
Removed unnecessary system headers (like default Perfex UI)
Designed a custom topbar and navigation
Improved visual hierarchy and usability
Created a more modern, polished interface
